You can contact our centre front office, via telephone, email or letter. Details of our contact details are available at the Contact us section of this website. Alternatively, you can fill in the Fertility Query Form and submit it online to get connected with us.

You must provide all relevant information about you and your partner relating to infertility, including previous IVF treatments done, scans, medical history, and current medication etc. If you have been referred to GBR Fertility Centre & Hospitals by a doctor in your home country, please carry the contact details of the doctor.

Certainly. Once you have consulted the appropriate specialist, our International Patients Coordination Executive will give you a complete plan on the approximate length of stay at the hospitals and the total cost of the treatment, along with the necessary pre/post treatment care.

It is similar to obtaining a visa for any international travel. However, if we suggest that your treatment requires multiple visits, you may opt for a multiple entry visa for which you need a letter from our centre addressing the visa issuing officer.

FRRO stands for Foreigners Regional Registration Office and this is required if you are travelling for medical requirement and have a Visa type “M” which means “Medical”. This Visa gives you multiple entries and provides you a longer stay at India. Our International Patients Coordination Executive will do the processing for your registration and you will just need to follow their instruction on the same. You are required to register at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival. The prescribed format for the same is also available at our front office. Patients from Pakistan and Bangladesh are required to register their arrival within 24 hours with the nearest Police Station/Commissioner’s Office. Please refer to our Visa/Transit document for instructions.

We would have one of our representatives at the Airport to receive you. Please contact the International Patients Coordination Executive at our centre and let them know your travel plans and request for pick up.

Once you arrive at the centre you are required to produce your passport at front office registration counter to get you registered at our hospital. The centre will maintain a copy of your passport in your hospital records. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of India.

Our International Patients Coordination Executive will organise for a language interpreter who will be with you during treatment period as when you may require and help you communicate effectively.

Please inform our International Patients Coordination Executives and they would make necessary hotel accommodation arrangements based on your budget.

At GBR Fertility Centre & Hospitals, your primary consultant and nursing team will be responsible for all your infertility treatment. All your non-medical requirements will be met by our International Patients Coordination Executive.

Who are the personnel who will meet me at my room ap

Apart from the medical and nursing care providers, you will meet our International Patients Coordination Executive and the housekeeping staff who will be responsible for the upkeep of your rooms.

We do not encourage this practice and if you would like to contribute for our staff’s welfare, you can do through the Employee Benevolence Fund. You can contact our staff at the International Patients department for more details.

Your friends and family can reach you with the contact numbers of the centre that are listed in the Contact us section of this website.

To make an international call you we have made needful arrangements through our International Patients Coordination Executive, to provide you with a mobile phone, which would have international calling facility. Please note that all international calls are charged on pulse rates that vary with country and this will be added to your bill.

At GBR Fertility Centre & Hospitals every effort is made to serve you a variety of choices of food as per your preference. However all dietary presecriptions are subject to your doctor’s advice and appropriate to your health status.

We currently do not have any tie ups with any insurance companies for cashless facility for your treatment as infertility is not covered under insurance in India. However if you have a facility to claim from your insurer in your country we can provide needful documentation to support your claim.

We accept all major credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD and Traveler’s cheques. We also accept payment for In-patient services in the following currencies: USD, Euro, Pound Sterling, UAE Dirham, Singapore Dollars etc.

Our doctor will inform the date of your discharge. At the time of discharge your nurse will detail you on the treatment that you have had and on the medication that you have to take, follow-up requirements if any and finally will hand over all your medical investigation reports and medicines.

You can contact our International Patients Coordination Executive on your progress and they will help you keep in touch with our doctor. Do mention your registration number in all your communications with the Centre.
